Is this safe to rely on for a lost pet?

Purr GPS has been running reliably in our own testing for over a month. That said, this is a pilot — we recommend it as an added layer of safety, not a sole replacement for tags, ID, and good supervision.

Will my device change later on?

The app and tracking stay the same throughout. Once the fully Purr-branded device is ready, we'll swap your unit for the new one at no cost — we'll coordinate pickup and delivery directly with you.

Will it work for both dogs and cats?

Yes — designed to be light enough for cats and rugged enough for active dogs.

Do I need to pay anything now?
